Welcom to Step 1 in becoming an Ocean Dog Club member. Just provide us with a little bit of information about yourself and your dog to begin the enrollment process. Submit this form via email to sue@oceandogclub.com, mail it or bring it by our facilities at 245 Esten Ave, Pawtucket, RI then we can schedule a screening interview.

In addition to the interview, we need proof of the following vaccinations signed by your veterinarian; Rabies, Bordatella, and Distemper. All vaccinations should be administered at least 10 days prior to boarding or daycare. We require using a topical flea and tick prevention. Flea collars are not permitted. Please bring proof of vaccinations to your interview. All dogs must have a break away collar, no buckles, and no choke/prong collars permitted during their stay.
